BuyItNowHosting only offers one (1) free website transfer per web hosting account within 30 days of starting a new account.  If you want extra transfers beyond the free ones, you can ask for those in the online form and our transfer department will reply with a quote on the price.

Typically, a transfer or a transfer quote is completed or returned within 24 to 72 hours.

Email accounts normally cannot be transferred. However, if your previous host uses cPanel and your new account with BuyItNowHosting has cPanel, then we can move your email accounts intact (as well as addon domains, subdomains, and other cPanel configurations).

Website transfers are copy of your website code and databases.  We do not alter your or change your any website files or data on your current hosting provider.

Regarding your domain name, it will remain under the control of your current domain registrar. If you want to "transfer your domain registration" to BuyItNowHosting, then you will need to complete a Domain Transfer Request form.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to transfer all websites.  Our transfer success rate is 97.3%.

Hosts we cannot transfer from:

We also cannot transfer from hosts that do not allow access to your website files (typically by FTP) and/or databases and/or the data in those databases. Without access, we cannot copy and transfer your site. Most hosts do give you access, but many don't.
